		<description>Last I checked, other than the drugs we&#039;re all familiar with (marijuana, cocaine, heroine, et al), I wasn&#039;t aware that government HAD banned performance enhancing drugs -- just regulated them sine they aren&#039;t suitable for OTC dispensing. The fine and suspension were totally the work of the Major League Baseball Commission rules to my knowledge. I know I&#039;m not the authority on sports, so perhaps I have it all wrong. 

I&#039;m sure someone will step in and correct my misapprehensions!</description>
