I’m a regular reader of Communication Exchange because, well, it’s about communicating which I do quite a bit of when you stop and think about it. At any rate, Patricia gave us a list of words the other day to figure out how to use and I’ve tried to meet her challenge with the following:

Riding the sands in the clepsydra of life
is like being the chyme in a bottle
There are no chalazae to hold from strife
and our otiose ways do throttle

A boatswain is needed to guide the course
from syzygy to syzygy
Threading the interstices of remorse
from apogee to perigee

A sidereal nature not withstanding
our personality will always out
looking for the easy way can be demanding
but the hard way is hard without a doubt
