Man — is that a name from the past or what?? Hamilton Beach has been around a long time and I have really good reason to know why.
I recently purchased a lovely red coffeemaker for Mom. She wanted a red one to go with some other appliances in her newly redecorated kitchen and the Hamilton Beach unit was the one that did everything she wanted in a coffee maker (programmable, clock etc). She had specifically stated she did not want a particular brand that will remain unnamed here, so I did avoid that one.
Her coffeemaker arrived and she used it daily for several months, then it stopped making coffee. A call to the customer support line got her an address to send the plug to (cut off the unit) and 7 days later, she got her brand new replacement unit! WOW! That was a really fast turn around!
This is certainly a refreshing change from some of her other experiences with customer service departments of other companies! The customer service rep was patient and kind to her. Kudos to Hamilton Beach for having such a great team!
For your next appliance purchase, I would recommend buying a Hamilton Beach product. Just glancing through some of these articles will provide you with even more reasons than mine.
