It’s that time again….time to give you a glimpse into the blogs that tickle my fancy.
One of my more recently discovered blogs is one that will keep you in stitches. It’s total fiction about two elderly sisters living in Jericho, KS (a fictional town). Their relationship is sure to strike a chord in anyone who’s ever had a sister and their exploits are a head-shaking mixture of “I can totally relate” to “HUNNNNH?” I bring to you Margie and Edna’s Basement
For some of the most bizarre, funny and/or horrifying photos, you can’t beat Found S__T. This blog author finds some of the most jaw-cracking images I’ve ever clapped my eyes on! I think I stumble about every other one he posts. While they don’t qualify as eye-candy in any sense of that term, they DO qualify as visually stimulating. So, head on over to get stimulated. The thong is sure to do it.
I’ve always had a desire to play a musical instrument. At the advanced age of 6 I begged my great Aunt to teach me the piano to the more mature age of 11, when I signed up to play flute in the band in middle school (despite not knowing how to read music, much less having never even HELD a flute!), playing a musical instrument has been a dream or mine. An unrealized dream, but with Guitar Lessons for Beginners, one that’s now within grasp. This site even coaches you on the proper instrument to purchase as a new player before delving into finger placement and chords. Let the musical genius in you loose and join me in learning the guitar!
April 17th saw us celebrate “Poem in Your Pocket” day and as a writer of poetry myself, I could enjoy the day to the fullest. However, when I’m at a loss for words poetically speaking, I can always find inspiration at Literary Jewels. The poetry presented here is just to my tastes and liking. I prefer my poetry to have a rhythm and cadence to it. Without those attributes, it’s just prose no matter that you try to label it poetry.
And so dear readers, these are your windows into my soul for this week. I’m sure you’re now convinced that my usual attire should include a straight jacket ![]()
