Far from giving the ho-hum much repeated stuff (read boring) about diet and exercise, Pat talks about building "mental muscle" through meditation. Pat’s passion for a healthy life is carried out through his own examples. He’s not a college graduate, but is a certified dietician and Judo/Ju Jitsu instructor. He’s studied martial arts for over 15 years, mastering them and going on to teach them. He’s been a Real Estate investor which profession actually gave him the money to start his chain of fitness centers. He is an entrepreneur worthy of study.
Pat provides you with an exercise plan which takes core exercises that target specific areas of your body enabling you to see improvement quickly. This encourages you to continue down the road to good health. He has recipes for healthy meals, gives you valuable eating tips to help you trick you body into thinking you’re eating a ton of food when in reality, you’re eating less and more healthy foods.
