Parents Always Worry About Their Kids

Our youngest son and his family live a LONG way away from us — all the way to Tipp City, OH. They are young and struggling and have two young children one of which will be starting school this fall. It’s their dream to buy a house this summer in a neighborhood that’s both safe and has good schools associated with it.

I sure wish they lived in the Cleveland area, though because of a remarkable young woman I’ve met through the Internet and Entrecard who is a Cleveland Real Estate Realtor. She has a lot of smarts about the housing market especially in her area and I feel like she would take them under her wing and help them find the perfect property for their needs.

Cecilia also writes for the Cleveland Real Estate Blog and has posted many excellent tips there about finding and buying a home in today’s struggling housing market. She comes across as a smart and savvy agent who knows a lot of the ins and outs of negotiation for her clients. Maybe Chris and Gina could move to Cleveland! It looks like a beautiful city and the demographics are quite promising!

It has been a trend in the parenting industryu to find homes closer to schools, hospitals, police post and groceries. If you satisfy their needs, then their yours. However, some city and suburban zonings won’t settle for this.

The day a parent stops worrying about the kids that is the day that person stops being a parent. I live in South Africa, I have a son in London and another in Istanbul. I get to see the boys about once a year but they always come on separate visits. The two boys have not seen one another for about 5 years. It is terrible. The day I win the Lotto :-) I will take the whole family on a world cruise lasting at least 6 months.

Currently, I live with my Mum and Dad, my Darling (wife to be, hopefully) live together with us.
She has been nagging me to move out ever since she moved in to live with us.
Still trying to make some moolah so I can finally make a house purchase to please her.
I would like to buy a house that is near to my Mum and Dad’s house though, so I can easily visit them.

And yeah, I would like a neighborhood which has a Chinese Primary School. We Chinese are quite fanatical about giving our children proper Chinese Education during their child hood. :p

What happened between your two sons aye?
