I’ve lost a little bit of weight (ok, now that I’ve said that, I can feel my thighs and ass swelling up).
I’m happy that I’ve lost weight. I haven’t lost nearly ENOUGH weight since I still look like I’m wearing maternity jeans, but you have to start somewhere, right? So now that I’ve shed a few pounds, I need to do something that firms up all this saggy, flapping flesh I saw in the bathroom mirror this morning as I stepped out of the shower (good thing I hadn’t eaten breakfast yet, that sight would have prompted anyone to hurl!).
I can do some power walking or some low impact exercises. That ought to help firm up these jiggly jugs of mine.
It’s raining, so no walk this morning. If I had a treadmill, I could walk on that, but I don’t and also don’t have a membership to a gym. I did some exercises, but after the 3rd rep, was panting and wheezing, so stopped to catch my breath and then forgot what exercise I was doing. You’re supposed to do them in a certain order so as to get all the biceps, triceps, quads and whatever-ceps properly exercised. I’ll have to make a checklist of the exercises and their order before I begin again.
Just what I need! Something else to organize in my life!
